About

about us

AeroManuals was founded by Orlando Macias, an aeronautical engineer with decades of experience developing and revising maintenance programs for operators, lessors, and fleet managers across the aviation industry.

We specialize in the technical detail that keeps aircraft compliant and airworthy: building and revising inspection programs, developing task cards and Minimum Equipment Lists, evaluating Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins, and guiding aircraft through acquisition and certification onboarding. Our work spans the FAA under 14 CFR Parts 121, 125, and 135, as well as international regulatory authorities including EASA, Transport Canada Civil Aviation, the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority, the General Authority of Civil Aviation of Saudi Arabia, the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority, and the Cayman Islands Civil Aviation Authority.

Clients come to us when the stakes are high — a fleet transition, a new aircraft entering the certificate, a program that needs to hold up under audit. We bring the technical depth to get it right the first time.
